The Southern African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds (SANCCOB) is a registered non-profit organisation with the primary objective to reverse the decline of seabird populations through the rescue, critical care and release of ill, injured, abandoned and oiled seabirds – the Critically Endangered African Penguin being the flagship species of focus.
SANCCOB doesn’t only save penguins, we also rescue, rehabilitate, and release a wide range of seabirds, including gannets, cormorants, gulls, and terns.
